We provide a service to the forward thinking individual who is interested in eating delicious organic food and supporting a local organic farm by participating in a CSA (community supported agriculture) share program.
We’re aware that New Yorkers lead a busy life. Individuals may be hesitant to join a CSA due to their schedules or intimidated by keeping up with and cooking their shares. Through the services of Sweet Deliverance, clients are able to experience the benefits of a CSA share without all the work, stress and time it takes to prepare the meals.
Sweet Deliverance uses fresh produce from Long Island’s leading organic farm, Garden of Eve. Every week, we will pick up your share, carefully prepare the food and deliver the meals to your home. Every week Sweet Deliverance chef and creator, Kelly Geary, will post on sweetdeliverancenyc.com what vegetables and fruits will be in that week’s share as well as a menu created around them.
Make your selection, email it in and viola! plenty of delicious dishes delivered to your door!
Clients may choose size of share depending on the size of their household and extras like a fresh flower share, fruit, or dairy & cheese from our friend Anne at Saxelby Cheesemongers! Full shares deliver every week and a 1/2 share delivers every other week.
In the Spring there are 24 week (delivering every week from June through November) and 12 week (delivering every other week from June to November) programs and in the Winter there are 16 and 8 week programs.
Where’s the beef you ask. Sweet Deliverance now has a meat option! Teaming up with Fleishers Meats and Hawthorne Valley farms to bring you the tastiest local, grass-fed, organic meat around!
